Challenge #1 – Health Foods
This was vague. I mean, what makes something a health food? Do I just make a bowl of steamed broccoli? Does it have to be from the South Beach Diet? Atkins? Weight Watchers?
I don’t know about any of those things, so I just made something that I knew had great flavors, was filling, and didn’t have a high calorie count: Spiced Chicken with Squash and Apples.
